dc.description.abstract This research studies indoor positioning using power-level-fingerprinting with a time-synchronised Locata network. We compare our results to another fingerprinting-based positioning method using WiFi access points. With an accuracy of 1.2 - 1.5 metres, our technique can be a powerful fall-back option when regular Locata positioning fails due to difficult signal conditions. Moreover, our results serve as a benchmark for future research on indoor positioning with Locata. en_US
