Abstract
Report describes the result of physical testing of Australian made polythene and polyvinylchloride films undertaken to assess suitability as dam liners. Tests include tensile, tear and bursting strength of both new and used samples. Tensile and tear tests were also carried out on a variety of welds and seams used in fabricating dam liners.
