dc.description.abstract In December 1993, the Social Policy Research Centre (SPRC), in conjunction with the Centre for Applied Economic Research at the University of New South Wales, hosted a one-day seminar on ‘Contemporary Issues in Income Distribution Research.’ The six papers presented at the seminar covered a wide range of substantive and methodological issues in income distribution research, with a considerable empirical and international flavour. This volume contains revised versions of five of these papers, together with the comments from the Discussants. en_US
