dc.description.abstract In an attempt to ensure that the OCHRE evaluation is informed by theory and practice, this literature review examines existing evaluation theory and practices as published in peer reviewed and grey literature. The literature review provides an overview of research and evaluation paradigms, the different types of evaluations, and the different stances taken to analyse and discern between these types of evaluations. The review focuses particularly on Indigenous evaluation theory and practice.
