dc.description.abstract The current photovoltaics education offerings available in Australia are described. A specialist photovoltaics engineering bachelor degree and majors within general engineering degrees are available. Technical training programs are offered at various locations, some focussed on photovoltaic system designer and installer accreditation requirements. Teaching support material will be introduced in 2008 into the senior secondary school Engineering Studies subject, offered in the state of New South Wales. en_US
