dc.description.abstract This bibliography focuses on various aspects of the interaction of the Australian taxation and social security systems. Issues covered include horizontal and vertical equity concerns and the effects of the two systems on income distribution, incentives and disincentives ('poverty traps'). There have, of course, been shifts of interest and differing opinions as to what the major issues were over the period covered. en_US
