Abstract
A model is developed from the Monash one in "Australian Rainfall and Runoff" based on more detailed consideration of geomorphological relations and containing two different types of storage elements. These represent ordered basins where rainfall is transformed into runoff and interbasin areas where there is the additional component of the transmission of upstream runoff. Model and theory are described, and related programs.
