Abstract
Describes results of physical testing of polythene and polyvinylchloride films for suitability. Includes tensile, tear and bursting strength, new materials and those exposed to sunlight for up to two years. Simulated handling damage and weather ageing. Tentative working stresses are given for the materials tested.
