dc.description.abstract ATR-FTIR Characterisation of a range of commercially available nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membranes to be used as reference samples for the detection of surface changes. In partciular, these samples are useful for comparison to samples which have undergone oxidative damage. This collection included membranes from manufacturers: GE, DOW Filmtec, Hydranautics, Koch and Permionics. The analysis was completed on a Perkin Elmer Spotlight 400 FTIR Microscope with a Diamond ATR attachment. en_US
