Method This was a prospective study involving five embryologists working in one IVF clinic. Inter-observer agreement was calculated using assessments performed by five embryologists on 104 day 5/6 blastocysts regarding the presence, the number and location of CS as well as CS vesicle activity using timelapse videos produced from the Embryoscope+. Intra-observer agreement was calculated when the same embryologists repeated the same observations after a month’s break. Inter-and intra-observer agreement was assessed using Fleiss’ Kappa coefficient and the Inter Correlation Coefficient (ICC).
