Abstract
The descriptive epidemiology of haematopoietic neoplasms in Australia: time trends and association with latitude band. A national, population-based descriptive epidemiological study using aggregate data from the Australian Cancer Database (ACD) for all incident haematopoietic neoplasms, 1982-2007. The data collection includes aggregate data on the number of haematopoietic neoplasms diagnosed during the study period by year of diagnosis, sex, 5-year age group, ICD-O-3 tumor histology code, and latitude band (<29°S, 29-37°S, >37°S). Latitude band has been mapped by residential postcode. Computed age-specific and age standardised rates are also available.
