Abstract
A retrospective cohort study involving data linkage between the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA) Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases Register, the National Death Index (NDI) and the National Cancer Statistics Clearing House (NCSCH).The cohort includes all Australian cases of primary immunodeficiency disease (PID) notified to the ASCIA PID Register who had sufficient unique identifiers to allow data linkage (n=1,132 cases). Linkage identified notified death and cancer information for each registrant.
