Abstract
A retrospective cohort study of cancer risk in people with immune dysregulation, as identified from linked hospital admissions data in NSW and Western Australia. Notes: Originating sources: (1) NSW Admitted Patient Data Collection 1/7/2000 – 30/6/2007, (2) NSW Register of Births, Deaths and Marriages 2000-2007, (3) NSW Central Cancer Registry 1/1/1994 – 31/12/2007, (4) WA Hospital Morbidity System 1/1/1982 – 31/12/2008, (5) WA Register of Births, Deaths and Marriages 1/1/1982 – 31/12/2008, (6) WA Cancer Registry 1/1/1982 – 31/12/2008. For all patients admitted to hospital with one or more immune dysregulation conditions, as defined by primary and secondary diagnosis codes.
