Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: This was a prospective study involving five embryologists working in one IVF clinic between November 2019 and September 2020. Inter-observer agreement was calculated using assessments performed by five embryologists on 104 day 5/6 blastocysts regarding the presence, the number and location of CS as well as CS vesicle activity using timelapse videos produced from the Embryoscope+. Intra-observer agreement was calculated when the same embryologists repeated the same observations after a month’s break. Inter-and intra-observer agreement was assessed using Fleiss’ Kappa coefficient and the Intra-Class Correlation Coefficient (ICC). 2. Methods for processing the data: survey data collected from embryologists in excel format 3. Instrument- or software-specific information needed to interpret the data: Microsoft Excel 4.
