A Predictable and Preventable path: Aboriginal People with mental and cognitive disability in the criminal justice system

Abstract

Indigenous Australians are massively overrepresented in prisons in Australia. Amongst these Indigenous prisoners there is a significant over-representation of mental and cognitive disability. This report presents both quantitative and qualitative findings of an ARC Linkage grant examining these matters.
